“For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6

By God’s grace, YWAM Ulaanbaatar laid many good foundations last year. As the Author and Source of all good things, we step into the new year with great excitement, trusting that God will bring His work to completion. May He continue to be the source of all that is good and perfect everything according to His will. In 2025, we served a total of 25 full-time staff, 10 part-time staff, and 60 volunteer staff, and we reached approximately 2,600 people. Each year, our ministries continue to grow and expand, bearing even more fruit. In the coming years, we desire to reach even more people. As the first step toward this vision, we laid the foundation for a new building next to our base in May of last year. This building will play a vital role in strengthening and preparing our future base. We believe that once this building project is completed, it will help equip many Kingdom workers and provide greater opportunities for ministry. God has prepared good works for us in 2025, and we eagerly look forward to seeing His perfect results. We invite you to be a part of the good work that God has already begun.

We would like to give you a broad overview of the ministries we carried out in 2025.
Word Ministry
The Word Ministry’s MISSION 66 team has five staff members who are serving God by following His calling to make the truth of the Bible known to everyone. In 2025, we:
• conducted Bible camps three times,
• provided teacher training for children’s Bible teachers twice,
• hosted five seminars, and
• ran a three-month Discipleship Bible School. Through these ministries, we prepare people who love the Word of God, live according to His Word, and are equipped to serve in mission fields with the Word of God.

Teen Ministry
Teen Ministry The Teen Ministry has been faithfully serving with the calling to build a solid foundation of faith, understand the value of God, and prepare young leaders who can positively influence society and nations. In 2025, we:
• ran the Teen Discipleship Training Course three times,
• hosted the “King Jesus” conference at the beginning of the year
• held the Teen Staff Camp and Teen Staff Trainings.

University Discipleship Training
University Discipleship Training school (UDTS) ministry runs a five months school every year. Through this program, we train students and those who have just started working to become disciples of Christ. In addition to discipling students, we also engage in cross-cultural outreach and mercy ministries. In 2025, UDTS sent 13 students to Central Asia and East Asia for a one-month mission trip, and these students have successfully graduated from the program.

International Discipleship Training School
We have been running the International Discipleship Training School (IDTS) for the past three years. This school provides a space for internationals to come together, learn from different cultures, and participate in both local and international mission trips. In 2025, IDTS included participants from four nations, with a total of 9 students and 9 staff members on our team. One team went on mission trips to three countries in Central Asia, while the other team traveled to four countries in East Asia.

Nomad Ministry
Every year, we host teams from the YWAM Kona base and serve alongside them. This ministry aims to share Christ with nomad families while learning from their culture and living with them for a month. In 2025, we carried out the Nomad Ministry in Khuvsgul province.

Public Ministry
In 2025, we held conferences, gospel events, and worship nights. One of the highlights was the SEND conference, which took place last August and was attended by 1,500 youth. During SEND, many young people responded to the Lord and said “YES” to His calling. To help them take practical steps in response to this calling, we conducted a Youth Mission Training at the beginning of December.
ON3- Sport Ministry
We disciple men through sports fellowship. In December, we organized the Winter CUP, bringing together teams from churches across Ulaanbaatar. These ministries have proven to be an effective way to disciple youth and unite them in Christ through their interests.
Media Ministry
Our Media Ministry creates content and podcasts that testify to our faith and introduce who God is in a truthful and inspiring way through social media.

We are truly grateful for your support and partnership over the past year. All these ministries were made possible through your prayers and supports. Prayer Requests:
• Pray for provision of funds for the new base building, expected to begin construction this coming September.
• Pray for the health, provision, and protection of all our staff and their families.
• Pray that as we serve the Lord, our ministries will be fruitful and reach thousands of youth in 2026.
• The sewage line at our base froze and sustained damage last month, requiring complete repair and connection to the central sewage system. Please pray that the necessary funding will be fully secured.
